This stir fry is a wonderful cooking instrument for every versatile kitchen, and perfect for stir frying, steaming, deep frying, and simmering foods. The bowl shaped high sides of the wok make stir frying easy without flipping ingredients out of the pan, and it takes very little oil to fry foods since there is less surface space to cover in a wok.

Good product
Well it not as heavy a the circulon infinite that it replace. Also it is not as thick as the infinite ..2/3 less metal at the base so they cut cost here. Even the handle is shorter and using silicon, so again cutting cost.
So this give me the expression it much lower quality than the infinite.
But it makes up by cooking fast using induction and a new coating tech so I expect it to last longer than the infinite.

awkward
the pan is too big for conventional stoves. I put it on the largest heat element, and it was too big. Therefore, it would get hot enough for stir fry. I went with 12" and am happy. I think it should mention in description what the bottom is and what heat element it needs
