Perfect for our needs!
We ordered this for our business and it suits us perfectly, so far. We manufacture flour based products so, as you can imagine, flour dust gets everywhere.
This is used strictly in the employee break room and rest room. The employee rest room is directly off the break room and after the employees wash their hands and sometimes their face, the water splashes all over the floor and they track it into the breakroom.
Now, we all know, flour and water make a paste like glue, think paper-mache; so the regular mopping won't get this stuff off of the floors. Using this scrubber with the regular scrub brushes removes this glue but, the green scrubbies do an even better job.
For our needs, the price was perfect and it does the job we need it to do.

Unit was damaged upon receipt.Fluid release trigger is made out of cheap white steel and was snapped off when I received it.Customer service did send the part for free and I did the repair.I am using it to clean an apartment.Several times the brushes fell off the bottom as the direction of the threads allows the brushes to unthread when you put pressure on the unit and are cleaning the floor..Unit is easy to use but very lightweight and not very powerful..if you put pressure on it you can hear the motor slow down.This is a tinkertoy..not a commercial unit as stated..If you have any more that a few floors to clean buy a bigger,better unit.

Go by the directions and use cold water only as hot water allows the rubber hose to get soft, kink and the water will not flow out. Brushes are a little softer than I anticipated but worked well on my carpet.
